This arrived in four large boxes. It took a few weeks for it to arrive, we received a call saying that a special route was made to our location. This couch is absolutely perfect if you have children, especially toddlers! The lounge has a large storage space. We are able to put two full-size pillows, a comforter, two Winter blankets, two flat sheets, and six throw blankets into the storage space. We bought this for the pull out bed as we moved over an hour away from our closest family and we wanted a couch that turned into a bed for a visits. My family slept on the couch for about a month. While we were doing renovations in our bedrooms. The couch is firm and comfortable. I would say that it takes about a month worth of sitting to start losing the initial firmness. The main thing that drew me to this couch, were all the people complaining about how firm the couch was.... I absolutely love how firm the couch is, I would prefer to sit on something as firm as this couch rather than sitting into a marshmallow and having my back hurt. The couch offers very good support. Whether you are sitting on the couch, or sleeping on the couch, the support is very good! We know that the couch was not meant to be used as a bed for a month straight, but we have no regrets on this purchase at all. It was super easy to put together. Installing all four pieces took maybe 30 minutes with me and my partner.

We had bought a couch four years ago and our dogs ruined it because they constantly jumped on it and laid all over it. So it took me a while to find something new that would be worth the money, comfortable, and have enough seating for family. This couch is super comfortable, a little stiff at first but we didn’t mind. Easy to put together, took two people and about 30 min. Love the pull out feature for movie nights and lounging around. The fabric is nice. Overall it is a great couch and I highly recommend. We have slept many nights on it when we had a power outage and were comfortable! Love that there is also storage in it for all our blankets. Super happy with this purchase

2nd UPDATE (June 5) I finally received replacement for this couch and they sent the completely wrong piece after providing pics and item number and letter of which piece was broken and explaining it is the pull out middle section where it is so bent out of shape pull out section cannot hold in place and be rolled in and out. I was sent the left part of the couch. I can’t even use this piece in the middle if I wanted to just give up on having pull out because the connecting parts on its sides will not work for the middle. It’s not interchangeable with other parts. It’s left side is only for arm rest to slide in, impossible to be used to replace broken middle section. UPDATE-(May 6) it has been 3 weeks now and I am still with a broken sectional with no real answer from this company about a replacement for broken part. Absolute nightmare. Never buying a big furniture piece like this off Amazon again. Not worth the time hassle and money. Just save up ur money a bit longer for a better quality piece of furniture and a company u can deal with in person. Just got this couch in today(April 15). I put together the first 2 pieces of the couch just fine. Was looking real good. When I opened the 3rd box of the couch right away noticed the corner was messed up a bit. I put the legs on it then laid it down flat and realized it was completely crooked and all 4 corners were not touching the floor. The sides are so crooked and it’s wibble wobbly like it’s going to snap and break. It’s so crooked I can’t get it to grab on and latch on to the other section of couch because the left side is so bent in. ☹️. Idk what to do. Waiting for an email reply from the seller in the meantime. Scared to open the last box now.

We absolutely love this couch. I want to say it took about 20 mins to set up, with a majority of the time was taking it out the packaging. The cushions are stiff but not uncomfortable. Still a good couch to take a nap on. Great couch for movie nights. The only downside for us was we waited a month to receive it. We had ordered March 22 and didn't get it till May 6. Regardless I'd order again, you really can't beat the price for this couch especially with the amenities it comes with.

For mechanical wise I'd give it a 10. It's very easy to assemble dont need instructions on this one be pretty hard to mess up as its all one way to go together. 2 people may be nice putting pieces together but I did it by myself in 40 mins. Comes in 4 large boxes. For appearance and affordable if give it a 9 its on the cheaper side of a couch but also get what u pay for. Some of the places don't set together perfectly and the bed pull out dosnt make a snug fit as it leaves a gap on both sides when pulled out. For comfortable id give it a 6 its a little on the stiff side but feel it well wear in in time. I'm 6'1" and my feet well dangle of the side but good enough for having to big dogs. Didn't want to sacrifice buying a expensive couch just to have it ruined. This is more of happy medium I guess. Customer service and shipping I give it a 4 they lack a lot in this department but it did come in just took some time. Over all i give it a 8 out of 10 could be better but it's still a nice addition to my house.

I searched every single furniture site I could find looking for the exact right couch but without spending $5k+. I wanted L shaped sectional with the chaise with storage and I wanted the ottoman to fit in middle space to double as a bed if needed. This couch fit the bill. I was dubious buying a couch off of Amazon but turns out I didn’t need to be. I seriously could not love this couch anymore than I do. My husband and I have 5 children. Ages 15-2. All 7 of us fit on this couch at one time. My oldest daughter and youngest daughter and I all took a nap together this afternoon on it very comfortably. It’s firm on the seat but it’s a memory foam type so it does give a small amount. The back cushions are very cushy. The picture is my 5’3, 11 year old and my 5 year old. As you can tell, even with the center portion pushed in there is plenty of seating room. The chaise has about 11 blankets in it currently and I’m positive I can fit more (I have a blanket issue 😂) This couch is absolutely perfect. It’s literally my most favorite piece of furniture in my house.

It is firm, yes, but it's still Hella comfortable. With that firmness comes the ability to actually break in, hopefully. The back cushions aren't as firm as the butt of the couch, they're actually rather fluffy. Comes in in pieces, which have easily follow able instructions. Most of it is common sense. I absolutely love this couch and am really glad I pulled the trigger on it. Small note, the pull out bit has a bit of wiggle, side to side. Understandably, this kinda has to be in play, given the build, to keep it easy moving. Oh, and the spring for the chase is strong af. Lol. It'll jump up on ya when ya pull it up. 😅 I'm one a man, and I managed to put the whole thing together in about an hours time. All before the misses got home. 👍

Do NOT BUY IT ! This is my second update for this sofa The quality of seats is awful !!! After only 5 months of light usage the cushions are completely flattened over the edges, thus it felt like sitting inclined forward and on the wooden frame. All the connecting parts are cranky, and when it needed to pull out the sleeper, it sways loosely, and I need apply certain efforts to set it correctly on right place. When it finely done, the spaces between the cushions do not make sleeping really comfortable either. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I also mentioned the quality of its upholstery - this is extremely horrible and ugly !!! Cheap, thin, irresistible to fluids and dirt, and to any mechanical affects. This fabric makes the sofa even worse. Do not buy this piece of sh.... unless you have a strong desire to throw away a thousand dollars. What about me, I have no idea how to get rid of it for now, this is real trouble! I cannot forgive myself for lost money, but more of that I am upset for being uncappable to damp it somewhere - as you know it cost big money too. Who will be responsible for selling such a quality of furniture? Very disappointed of AMAZON in this point I would like to update my review. The sofa is not that good as it’s price !!! The seats have different softness. Some of them are really good, some - very «weak”, and when you sit on them, you may sense the wooden frames. Again about upholstery fabric - this is really extremely cheap for the price we paid for this sofa. Overall, the sofa looks and felt as very cheap one. Do not waist your money, the quality of this sofa does not match its price…. Lovely sleeper sofa, and I love the quality of seats - firm enough but not tough ever! This is exactly what I like (hate too much soft cushions when you sink in it and cannot get up from a seat). Yet, the seats' back are very low! There is no way to rest a head over it, or to relax completely. In this case there is only one solution - to lie down. Unfortunately ((( And the upholster quality a little cheaper than I expected.
