Canasta Card Game

My parents started playing Canasta with my Aunt & Uncle years ago. And us four adults siblings soon got into as well. At family gatherings there'd be several of us, including most of the in-laws, gathered round a table all battling it out - sometimes with two separate games going on at once. For a while it was all we would do when we were together, and Mum and Dad would play almost every night after dinner. Legend has it, my Father - a quiet, gentle and peaceful man - stood up and launched his cards at the dining room wall after our Mum had completely smashed him! The game takes some learning but once you've got it, it's pretty entertaining. Oh, you want to know about this product? Cards, box and rule-book all as they should be! Good quality.

I have several of these card decks for my card games.. They are good quality and have lasted me countless card games. I use these for my Hand & Foot games as well. The values on the 3's are different for Hand & Foot, but the other values are the same. Makes for easy scoring after each round.

If you are a true canasta fan, purchase a decent set of cards, these are very thin and will not hold up to playing regularly.

Quality product

Toys We have been having a good time learning to play Canasta again. The directions are excellent and within a few hands our memories of the game came back. The cards are very stiff and hard to shuffle especially when you are using two decks. We like that the value of the card is written right on the card. Easy to use.
