How well will this stick to a smooth cement like a sidewalk in my backyard. I am having a party and dont want anyone to trip over a cord.

It will not stick to concrete at all

How can i turn corner with rubber cord cover

U will need to cut it and place it towards other direction

Is it difficult to slit open the cord cover? Is it already partially cut? I do not have much strength in my hands.

It’s 95% cut. With a start with a razor blade it then opens with a bend

Does it have a smell?

A light rubber smell if you smelling it direct but will not smell in a room
