Does this help regrow enamel

According to my research, only specialized Dentist gels can do this, and really what they do is to recrystalize the surface, not regrow lost enamel. Talk to your dentist, especially if you find a toothpaste which claims to do this. Squigle does not wear on enamel and does not irritate gums.

Does this contain mint?

The tube has the word peppermint on it. It didn't have a list of ingredients on the tube and I don't have the box anymore. The flavor is very mild. No overpowering mint flavor.

Should I use the tooth builder or the enamel saver? A xylitol and fluoride combination seems better right?

Yes. Fluoride is good to prevent cavities. My dentist is in love with this stuff after I turned him on to it. I've been using it for years and it has greatly helped my lichen planus condition and also, no cavities. If for some reason you don't want, can't handle fluoride, the tooth builder is also good. I use enamel saver twice a day. If I brush a third time I use toot builder. t

Which fluoride does it contain? I've found that sodium fluoride does not give me mouth ulcers, while other fluorides do.

It does contain sodium fluoride but it's typically SLS (Sodium lauryl sulfate) that contributes to mouth sores and other oral issues which this toothpaste doesn't have. However, Squigle does offer a fluoride free version. I've not tried it but have read good things.
