It helps me especially when I eat red cayenne pepper or other hot spicy products I pour into my food because I love spicy foods and how it burns my mouth. But when it burns my stomach and acid reflux gives me a sign of hey genius why did you eat that? This is what you get for eating that much hot food, hope you enjoy the show!! So I take 2 of these at the same time and sure enough the pain of it all disappears quickly. I’d give this 7 stars if I could!! Buy it, use it, just don’t abuse it.

This really handles acid or heat and quiets the stomach but I think it's probably overpriced for the quantity of pills included.
