What is the net yield of sam-e? 400 or 200mg? if 400mg s-adenosylmethionine tosylate disulfate then it is often a net yield of only 200mg-misleading!!

I ordered a bottle of Natures Trove Sam-e 400mg.When it arrived the first thing I noticed on the ingredients labeling was....SAM-E 400mg from 800mg of Sam-e Tosylate Disulfate... Hmmmm. I have always taken NatureMade Sam-e which states only ( Sam-e( S-adenosylmethionine 400mg. and found it excellent and stable. It has very good enteric coating and is consistent as to when I can feel it effecting my mood and energy. I know it is a reliable brand. I am going to give Natures Trove a fair shot as the price is better..... and hope that this difference in labeling of the main ingredient does not mean anything in reference to effectiveness. Does anyone have info to clarify the labeling?

Does this really contain titanium dioxide? (says it "might") that's toxic!!!

The ingredients are on the box and yes titanium dioxide is listed. Whether it is toxic or not I have no idea. Maybe in the amount that is contained in the product might determine whether it is or not.

The front cover states its a natural deritive of yeast the back of the box says theres no yeast .I called the 1800 number to ask no answere?
