I have another automatic soap dispenser that i have been using for more than 3 years now which is more than double the cost of this one. This one works well too. The only difference between both is the noise while dispensing. This one is lil louder. Otherwise, this is as good as as a high end soap dispenser. I hope this one lasts well too. Right after I posted the original review, the dispenser started acting up. It would randomly dispense the soap. So I turned it off and wiped it clean to make sure nothing was interfering with the sensors. But after a day this started, it stopped dispensing completely. I changed batteries and tried with no luck. Now it’s just a paper weight. Very disappointed.

Purchased this product on the first week of September. My decision is based on product review of the people who bought this product. 2nd day of October when i start using it and it was a WOW!...but then after two weeks of using it, i noticed every morning there is a sign of liquid soap right by my sink, since i used and place it in my kitchen sink. I keep ignoring this liquid soap, when finally saw it with my own eyes the none stop of automatically dispensing the liquid soap without anybody is using it. I decided to replace the battery, maybe i thought it may help, but still even without soap it's on and off...this product is good in design but faulty in operations... i wish i can still return this item or maybe exchange with better not a faulty one. :( All this problem has been resolved with the TOPNOTCH Communication of Aliwonder's Customer Service Team...This is the kind of seller i'm looking for, Satisfaction Guaranteed...Aliwonder your a 5 star seller!!!! :)

Only worked a couple of months!! Starting dispensing soap very slowly, so we changed the batteries and made certain that the soap was full. The dispenser comes on and the sensor works fine; you can hear the dispenser working like it's pumping, but NO SOAP COMES OUT!!! Big waste of money, can't send it back now. Very disappointed!! Will not purchase anything from Aliwonder again. I have purchased two other identical dispensers from another manufacturer a long time before I purchased this one and they are still working perfectly!!!

I had it 1 week and it stopped working. I changed the batteries, thinking maybe the batteries were old and it started to overheat. The batteries were very hot I had to send it back and Amazon gave me my money back. Then this morning I received a new one from Hometastic, I did not ask for a replacement, they just sent a new one , no charge. I thought WOW that's customer service. Hopefully the first one was just a bad unit and this will be fine. Thank you Hometastic!

I liked it. It did the job, however only lasted 5 months. The bottom is not totally water proof so eventually water or moisture sneaks in the battery compartment at the bottom, causing the rust on batteries thus malfunction the sensor, and it did not stay on anymore. I'd pay a little more to purchase the trusted brand.

This thing was *awesome* for about two months. Then it stopped working. Sometimes it would make noise like it was going to work, but nothing came out. Sometimes it just would not react to my hand at all. I changed the batteries. I made sure there was soap in it. I verified that I am not, in fact, a vampire and still have a reflection and am otherwise detectable via infrared. If you are considering an automatic soap dispenser, definitely get one. Just not this one. My wife was skeptical about the need for this device, but after about a week she was in love with it. Now we are both sad.

Only works with very watery hand soap, if you get a soap that is too thick it will not work. Looks very nice sitting on the counter, but it doesn’t work the way I wished it would work, It tends to spit out the soap

This dispenser is exactly what I wanted. It works perfectly. I love that that it doesn't drip soap when it finishes dispensing. I also like the ability to choose three different amounts to fit our needs. Our kids use way too much soap when washing their hands with pump dispensers. This dispenses the perfect amount so that soap is not wasted. Plus, the kids think the dispenser is fun to use. I would highly recommend this dispenser. In fact, we plan to buy more of these in the near future to replace all our pump dispensers.
