Accurate printing, nice binder
The notebook and the box it slides into are a nice green vinyl. There is a clear vinyl pouch for the seal that clips into the notebook rings. At least for now, the seal pouch fits inside the notebook, but as we fill up the book it won't. They sent a gold label with our name printed on it to slip into the spine of the notebook. The certificates are very nice. The printing of our name is correct. They are bound into a booklet of 20 certificates, but you can remove each certificate along the perforations at the top in order to give them to your shareholders. Behind each certificate in the booklet is another page that you can record who got the certificate, and later who it was transferred to. There is also a ledger booklet with more room to record the name and address, certificate number & shares. There are 7 divider pages with printed tabs for operating agreement, financial records, certificates etc.
