Melatonin 50mg tabs
Has worked well for me. I had started with the lower doses, which never worked. I have always had trouble sleeping since I was a kid. I'm glad I found these! I have these delivered on a schedule so I never run out. Thank you Amazon!

One of my top favorite
I suffer from insomnia and I have tried almost every sleep aide. This is one of my top picks. Because it does everything it says...and I only have to take 2. They dissolves quickly and the texture is good. Whereas other brands I have to take 4 or more. But I gave it 4 star's because I have bought multiple jars of these and everything there is a palm full of powder. It be about 4 pills crumbled. It never fails in each bottle i received.

Broken tablets
Like others have mentioned, the tablets are falling apart and you have a pile of powder at the bottom. Effectiveness is hit-or-miss with me. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Taste is tolerable. I won't be buying this brand again because of the issue with tablets falling apart.

Taste better than average. Ease of yes, but I threw them . No stomach upset. They let me ease into tiredness, so I can get some good sleep.

Works ok. I thought this was 50 mg melatonin. It's actually a combination of things that add up to 50 mg.
