Will this charge a samsung galaxy 4 phone and galaxy 4 classic watch

I’m answering this with the caveat that I have an iPhone and an Apple Watch. But the top of the device is a charging pad that seems pretty universal. If you can charge your phone on other charging pads, I see no reason why this one wouldn’t work as well. And the Watch side has an open place for your individual Watch charger. If the galaxy 4 classic watch charger is about the same size as a quarter then it should fit. Again, I repeat that I don’t have those items so I’m only making logical guesses.
