Carpenter Pencils with Sharpener, Mechanical Pencil for Construction

Nice set of carpenter pencils. Was not sure it was something I "needed" but pulled the trigger anyway and very glad I did. The range of colors really helps on different colored surfaces, more that I thought it would. This is probably a lifetime supply for me, but makes marking things a whole lot nicer. The built in sharpeners in each pencil is a very nice touch as well....no more scrounging around for a knife to sharpen the standard carpenter pencil or running to find a pencil sharpener for a standard #2. And a sharp pencil is key to accurate marking. Would buy again....if I ever lost this set.

I got this as a gift for my Husband and he was so happy with the quality! I was beyond happy with the quality for the price and variety of colors so he has every color he need for his jobs. It sharpens easily and grips the writing center well. It fits great in your pocket, pouch or bag and is thin and compact. It’s very durable, he uses it daily and carry’s it in his pocket and bag while being smacked, whacked and abused in daily work and never had an issue! It’s been so versatile for work and home project and he loves how great at works especially when I told him how much it was.

Had my doubts about this pencil but was pleasantly greeted with a very well made and designed pencil. I have been in construction and cabinet making for (I hate to say 47 years). this well made tool checks all the right marks for me. Since my ears can no longer support a pencil, I have looked high and low for something that would fill a gap in my needs and this is it. Its really quite simple with no over design or fancy gimmicks. Ergonomically it's a combination between a round pencil with the ability not to roll like a flat carpenters pencil. It might be the perfect carpenters pencil !!!!!! It's perfect for a pocket, brim of a hat or a wrist support like I use. Buy one you won't be sorry.

These are great to have in the workshop or out on the jobsite where there's no pencil sharpener. They are well made, and have an ergonomic grip. Small enough for your pocket but not too small to lose. I would buy these again and I would buy these as a gift for someone.

This pencil set is pretty awesome in many ways. 1) Inexpensive. 2) No digging around for a sharpener. it is screwed in to the top. Makes it harder to lose. 3) If you do manage to lose the sharpener, there is an extra. 4) Lots of lead in 3 colors, that is separated into 4 cases. 2 granite and 2 with red and yellow. You can mix the lead up as you prefer. 5) 2 pencils. so if you're like me and can't find the one you put in your apron pocket, you have a spare. 6) I have only used the graphite and red, but they work well, and are highly visible on both paper and wood. The only negative is that the grip is really high up, and that is just weird, for me at least. I added a few layers of duct tape, with an outer layer of painters tape (to avoid the stickiness that duct tape can sometimes have) Problem solved. Great pencil set! Quick tip: when replacing led, I found it easier to unscrew the sharpener and load the lead through there. The instructions say to load the lead from the the point.

Wish I could give it a 6. All of the products work perfectly and will probably be the only set I’ll need for a lifetime. It came on time, they are very durable, I love the sharpeners that unscrew from the end to keep a perfect point. Pros: Just a great product and a great addition Cons: none

Two decent lead holders with sharpeners built into the twist of caps aand with lots of red and black replacement leads make for a good deal. I cannot speak yet for longevity but both lead holders have smooth lead release mechanisms. Works well for a good price.

Good quality, great price. These are now my go to marking pencils.

I use them cos I’m a carpenter. It’s pencil as good and little bold. I’m happy with it.

Absolutely amazing and usefull. I use them for all my carpentry marking.

Marcadores estupendos a un precio increíble !! Son cómodos de llevar encima ya que no pesan nada, cumplen su función a la perfección, las minas son bastante resistentes, la punta larga para marcar dentro de orificios, el juego de minas de recambio (para madera, cerámica o cristal), el llevar incorporado el sacapuntas es un plus, en definitiva un gran aliado para el día a día en la obra.
