Marine magnesium is one of the easiest forms of magnesium. 'Nature's Life' is a long-time, established company of reliable good quality. (Capsules dissolve more thoroughly and reliably than tablets.)

If you are looking for a magnesium product to treat chronic constipation, this is it. Same magnesium form found in milk of magnesia. Capsules are on the large side, like most are and the coating is somewhat sticky, as all are, so make sure plenty of water goes with it.

This a truly spectacular and affordable source of magnesium HYDROXIDE!! It is not easy to find this in pill form, especially capsules. Please ask the seller to bring back this product!!
