Just what the package says: 50 plastic pad eyes. They appear to be heavy plastic, not nylon, but will do the job. The top and bottom of the screw holes are both flat. The top of the hole is not recessed. They will work great with rivets or regular flat headed screws but are not designed for a use with countersunk screw heads.

These are well made, I installed a few on my kayak for bungee hooks to attach to for holding down a large cooler. The bungees are pretty tight but no stress on the eyelets as I can see so far! There were exactly 50 in the package, none were damaged or cracked.

Great price for the quantity and quality

I didn't need 50 of these, but the bulk price was too good to pass up. I used these to create tie downs with shock cord in my Honda Element for a long car camping trip. I attached them to the car interior using Sugru and it worked perfectly.

These tie downs are the SAME as the 10 pack that come wit the hardware... just no hardware. The hardware per tie down costs, at the cheapest for stainless steel, $1.23 per tie down loop (2 each of nuts and screws) It is cheaper to buy the 10 pk for $7.99, with the tie downs being the same quality for both.
