Tastes great and gives a really clean, steady energy boost. No crash or jitters, just solid focus and performance throughout my workout. Definitely one of the better pre-workouts I’ve tried.

Good flavor, second only to pineapple which is my favorite. One scoop in my morning smoothie, replacing my coffee drink. It literally gives me energy for the entire day without being jittery. It's not overly sweet but sweet enough that a quart size drink is plenty sweet. I am happy with the quality and the nutrients that are in this product.

I’ve been buying this for years now. I even got some friends that started buying it after my recommendation. I started buying this originally from Costco. When they stopped carrying it, I found it here. It’s fantastic for hydration and energy. Definitely effective. I will say, because I’ve been using this for years, that I feel like they changed the formula and it’s not as strong as it was before. It still works better than anything else and honestly it was probably too strong before. Or maybe it’s tolerance. Either way I continue to buy it because it’s the best.

This flavor is really addicting. I drink it before or during workouts. Their best flavor IMO

This is a great product, but the flavor of this one is not my favorite. I much prefer the Tiki Twist flavor and will be buying that one when I run out of this. The caffeine really comes through, sometimes I use it as a preworkout when I don't need 300mg of caffeine.

I love this drink so much. It really does help with focus without making you feel jittery.

This have a great flavor, I’m just going to say something, THIS IS GREAT, it’s easy to use, before and after training, really good effectiveness and no side effects, good flavor and texture just great
