We ordered this for our whole entire team after implementing the traction operating system. This book is a condensed version of traction and a quick read (under 3 hours). It’s a great option to bring others up to speed with Traction. The audible and kindle version were helpful for some employees.

The concept is good, the book is a bit much
It’s hard for me to be negative about this book because the concept of the EOS program have inspired a wonderful change in how my company is run. We were assigned to read the book to help us understand the process behind the changes. The book was a simple concept fleshed out with fluff, over promises and repetition - not for emphasis but to take this from a pamphlet to a book. I like EOS a lot but not because of its presentation here.

The book is a modern day re-imagining of successful business practices from last century. If you're starting out in business, or have fallen into a business without a plan, this book may serve as a good reference. My view iscoloured by working over 4 decades in various industries, including government, health and manufacturing.
