Easy install
Easy to add to your steelcase series 1 chair

SteelCase 1 head rest. Fits great, but....
04-16-23: Added this to my Steelcase Series 1 chair. Fits nice, instructions are weird. Shows that the screw heads on the seat and this head rest are a T-20. My T-20 was too big. I had a T-15 that worked, it was just a tiny bit small. Something strange about these screw heads. Would have been nice to have some left to right positioning to adjust to the way I sit, but no big issue. This is a very expensive part for this already expensive chair.

It’s okay
Its pretty expensive for what it is, and the headrest doesn’t really protrude to hit the back of your head unless you lean way further back than you ever would normally do

Nice chair addition.
Easy to attach and works well. It definitely adds comfort to the chair.

Works on Series 2
I wasn't sure but took the chance and got this for a series 2. Works, but I had to grab some longer screws (I used #12 - 1 inch wood screws and it is nice and tight). Looks great and made a chair I very much liked into one that I love!
