Love it! I had somehow had the impression that this teapot might be small from someone else's review. They probably didn't mean it that way because this is a good sized teapot. The handle stays upright on mine, perfect to prevent it getting hot. As mentioned there is no whistle, but that's not a problem for me, I typically find those annoying anyway. If I want to make a cup of tea in the middle of night, I don't have to worry about a whistle waking anyone else up. The flowers are gorgeous, giving it luxurious feeling to me. Very happy with my purchase!

UPDATE: I went to clean the tea kettle and change the water and noticed a rim of some sort of film inside (see photos). I couldn't scrub it off and have only used water in it so I'm wondering if there's something on the coating that's caused this? Definitely not worth the risk so I'm trashing it. Plus, the handle has become so flimsy that it falls to the side and gets too hot to hold without a towel. It's cute. But didn't last/hold up. I actually thought this would be a smaller sized tea kettle but it's a decent size! And the colors are so vibrant like others have mentioned. My only complaint is that the lid doesn't lock on and sits loosely on the kettle. It doesn't seem to be an issue for functionality based on reviews I've read so that's good and it doesn't bother me enough to want to return it. This is a really good buy. I'm happy I went with this one. It's lovely.

Very pretty and good size

Very pretty to see on stove. Decorative and very useful. Holds a lot of water. Wish it had a " whistler" feature so water wouldn't boil out if unattended.

Today, after only a month of using the product, I noticed it had rust in the bottom of it! That was so disappointing because it’s a super cute item! I used it daily for the two weeks, after the first two uses the handle stopped staying in place and gets too hot to handle. There’s no way to tighten it because of how it’s put together! I would clean it with soft sponges! The enamel is not thick enough for daily use!

It is as shown, but just be advised that it's really big. 2.5L is HUGE. Besides that great quality and looks great.

Bit rusty

Although it’s rather bigger than I was expecting it is still gorgeous. So pretty and handle doesn’t get too hot. I would recommend it.
