I am homozygous for MTHFR. MTHFR causes a lot of problems and my body can only tolerate certain types of B vitamins. This stuff is perfect. My body is able to utilize it to it's fullest capacity. It has a dropper which I love. I've had no reactions to it whatsoever which is a big bonus for me. The flavor is pleasing and even, dare I say, tasty.

For my side of the review, I don't really see a difference either way. But then again, I haven't really been taking it with a lot of regularity either. The only thing I can say about it is that it tastes really good and I think the delivery system is genius. I thought that the sublingle films that Suboxone uses was a good idea but putting this liquid under your tongue is a really good way to get it in you. My fiance, on the other hand, has nothing but good things to say about it. He's a quiet man that only says something bc it matters to him so his review was unexpected. He reported that he really likes it. He said that it could have the potential to be life changing even though it isn't quite that serious to him. Also he told me, and I have noticed, that he is only doing a small fraction of the bupe compared to what he was doing before we received it.
