Great, big numerals - good, accurate time from the internet
Everything worked as expected - except for the remote control which I had to replace. Customer Service was great and helped me out with that. There's everything to like with this. I got the RED (easier on the eyes at night), and the digits are very clear. You can control the brightness with either lo, hi or auto that is controlled via a switch on the back of the unit. I leave mine on auto and am very happy. Internet setup is easy. You have to surf over to the IP address of the unit (you have to be on the same wifi network as the clock) and make a couple of selections and hit enter - all done. Be aware that there is a small wire protruding from the case at the back of the unit - that it seems is the temperature sensor. Don't be tempted to push that back into the unit else your temperature readings may be off. Love, love, love the internet feature. So much better than the atomic clock units that are very picky about where they are positioned. My only potential criticism - the lettering for the day of week is a little off because they use display segments that are multi-lingual capable. I also hope that it will automatically adjust the time at the end of DST - we shall see. Get it - you won't be disappointed if you want accurate, big letter clocks.

WiFi connection with Alarm + Timer at power-up!
WiFi connection instructions are not very clear. I was almost about to initiate a return of this, when I tried one interpretation of the instruction, and it finally worked! To enable wifi, you need to: Unplug the power Remove batteries Hold Alarm + Timer Plug the power back with Alarm + Timer pressed And then, it starts WiFi !!! Once you figure that out, it connects, sets the time and I hope keeps working. What I like about this is that it is AC powered so I don't have to worry about changing batteries and setting up the time twice a year, the power connection does not stick out unlike some other USB powered clocks so I can set it on a wall, and I hope the wiFi connection will help it keep accurate time.

Pretty decent, but lacks some features.
EDIT: if your clock isn't connecting to your wifi access point? Try connecting both to a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz access point. I think this clock only works with 2.4 GHz, which is older and more susceptible to interference...but has better range and device compatibility. ----- This clock works as advertised, and it's pretty good. But it could really benefit greatly from three things: 1. Six digits / HH:MM:SS. I don't care much about the day of the week, or the date, but if I want the precision of NTP synchronization? I want to see hours, minutes, AND seconds. This only shows HH:MM. 2. More frequent sync. I don't know how often the clock synchronizes to NTP, but it's not enough. When watching the minutes change next a GPS-sync'd clock, I often see the clock is off by 0.5 to 1.0 seconds. Not much, but again: if I want NTP then I want *precision*. It should be synchronizing every 30 minutes at least. Every 10 to 15 is better. 3. User-programmable NTP servers. For a professional setting, the ability to sync to the user's own NTP server is a must. Not everyone needs this, but also it'd be nice to have a main and a backup server. Something where you could add pool.ntp.org to always make sure you get a server, but you could add your own preferred server. Or a server with a known, desired, time offset. While less relevant to the general public, as an NPR member station's Chief Engineer? I can say with authority that if these 3 things were added? I guarantee you'd sell several hundred, if not thousands, of these clocks to NPR radio stations across America. They use precise clock timing to switch to/from their local programming and the national network programming. The price is perfect to get several of these per station; one for each studio and a few to scatter about the office, too.

WiFi setup is garbage.
Got this clock for the wifi sync. Paid much higher price than it deserves, especially considering it won't connect to wifi. The "software" they have loaded into this thing to supposedly connect it to wifi is abysmal. You enter your password, then the clock refuses to connect. Rinse and repeat as many times as you feel like. Physically it's a nice clock with a beautiful readout. But it's worthless without the much-touted and expensive wifi syncing capability that doesn't work. The manufacturer should be embarrassed.

Excellent Choice
I was looking for an accurate clock for our Worship Center. The one I had was loosing time. I considered an Atomic Clock but this is a metal building and the clock is in the middle of the Worship Center. So I found this WiFi clock and was curious to try it out. I installed it today and the setup was super easy. Attaching to the WiFi was simple and quick. Time will tell about it's accuracy but I'm certain as long as it's attached to the internet, it will be accurate. Besides, it's in a place where you need a ladder to get to it, and I was tired of trying to keep the other clock set properly. So I have high hopes for this clock. UPDATE: We've had this clock for a while now and it has continued to function accurately. I'm so glad we purchased it. In fact, it has been such a hit that I had to order another one for our Fellowship Center. Both are connected to the WiFi and keep accurate time. The remote has been a good thing as well. I needed to change the display brightness, and guess what? I didn't need a ladder. I am totally happy with this purchase.

I like wifi sync feature. Liked the remote. Not many chimes, I wish the chime can run every hour with a set time range.
