I have done juice cleanses before and was ok with it. This was not enjoyable. The flavors are not good at all. After less than 3 days my wife and I couldn’t continue. It wasn’t that we were hungry it was that we couldn’t stand the food. I don’t understand how anyone can stay on this as I would rather only drink water.
