Will it be OK to use it in a very windy condition?

There are pockets sewn around the exterior of the tent to fill with sand to hold the tent down. Additionally, included pegs and guylines would add much more stability on the beach.

I am wondering if the setup and take down is easy enough for a single middle aged women in her late 50's?

Hi Abbe,I'm not single and am 61 but I decided to practice setting it up by myself. The first time wasn't as easy as some made it out to be. It probably took me around 10 minutes to get it figured out but once I did, it wasn't hard.

Does thiis tent have a floor?

Yes. It does. And the floor can be zipped up.

Parts - where can I get a new “leg” for this? We’ve used it 3 times & the bottom left (as you’re looking at the front) leg is broken at the joint.
