what is the mouting screw hole pattern?

threaded holes are M3X0.5 metric, three sets of two holes. One of each two on 28mm dia circle, the other on 30mm dia. circle. The three holes on each circle are equally spaced. The distance between two adjacent holes (two different circles) are 9mm.
