Is this 4 boxes with 10 individual packs in each, so 40 individual packs in total?

I tried to order 8 boxes: 2 packs of 4 boxes. I was sent 2 boxes with a total of 20 food pouches costing over £25 for a box! Hopefully this was a one off error. Eventual Amazon refunded the money.
