I bought these for a lab I created for my physics classes. When the box came, I opened it right away to try it out. I'm excited to try out the lab and so were my students when I told them today. Plenty of track and I like the connectors. At first I thought they snapped in place but then saw that they actually slide into the track grooves on the bottom. I'm hoping they stand up to a bunch of seniors who can be rough on handling equipment. If things don't work out, I'll edit my review but things look promising so far. I plan on adding to the track with loops and accessories if things work out well. Bought 3 sets, reasonably priced. Edit: One of my classes tried out the lab today. They LOVED it! Brought back memories from playing with their own cars and tracks. It's hard to get teenagers exited about much but the lab went over really well....we'll see how good the data is but at least they had a good time!

My son loves these! Easy to build and very durable track. Easy to take apart as well and store away in a bin. Fun toy for a car lover and track builder !

Reliable train track

This set does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's a basic Hot Wheels track pack with plenty of pieces to build different layouts. All of the track pieces arrived in great condition and fit together well. Great option if you need extra track for expanding existing Hot Wheels setups. I gave it 4 stars because it's pretty simple, but it works as expected and provides good value.

Definitely a great track starter kit! I got it for my 2.5 year old and he has a blast with it! They’re so much you can do with it and you can take them anywhere and build anywhere! They’re higher you put them the most speed they’ll go, so you can come up with some pretty cool things, easily storable in cubby’s or totes too!

This is a review of the item headlined above, as some reviews seem to be referring to a different product. I ordered this to add to the length of the 2 lane race track I built for the grandkids. But, mostly I wanted the track connectors. A search for connectors produced an average price of $1.50 per piece. With this set the connectors alone average less than 50 cents each and the 40 ft. of track and the car are free. The picture correctly shows the track in two lengths (12" and 9") with a total length of 40 ft. This is the most current track with notches and peg holes that work with the connectors provided. The connectors will work with previous track types, including some track I have that's over 50 years old. For older track that is not notched, just flip these connectors over so the 'button' is facing down. This is an excellent product at a great price if you're looking to extend your layout. Bonus: Usually the 'included car' is not that good. The one in our set turned out to be one of the fastest cars we raced--and we raced a LOT of cars. Final bonus: 3 grandkids spent almost 4 hours racing different combinations of cars down the 50 ft. two lane race track, running from one end to the other, critically assessing the comparative weight and aerodynamic attributes of the cars, laughing, screaming "I won!!" even if they didn't and not even arguing about it, all while completely ignoring all of the typical electronic devices (TV, tablet, laptop) in the room.

The track is mix of hard plastic and kind of rubber and it is very bendable/flexible + it is very very long as I expected,, mustt buyy of you have hotwheels to race. I race my hotwheels on this and they roll very smooth like butter 🧈 🤩🔥🔥😘😍👍

Great value for money you get loads of track and a cool car with it I’ve connected it to other hot wheels stuff fine and my daughter love building the track! Such a fun toy for kids and it helps with the ease of assembly. There are loads of different things you can do.
