Are they one size fit all or this is just for youth?

One size fits all I'm a big dude fits me perfectly the molding process helps the fit significantly (by which I mean it gets as big/small as you need it too)

I have a retainer behind my lower row of teeth. Would this damage it? (And vice versa)

I would take it out if you're gonna get punched in the head. If you cant, the mouthguard goes over your top teeth only, but may rub or contact your retainer. I'd get a mouthguard moulded for your teeth from a specialist to be on the safe side.
