Q: Does the velcro work with the norwex mop pad and norwex dry pad using the ecloth handle? which ecloth products have silver in them?

From Barb: The Norwex pads can be used on the e-cloth mop handle. E-cloth does not use silver. The fibers are what makes the E-cloth pick up 99% of bacteria. Then you need to rinse them out and let them dry to get rid of the bacteria. The Silver in Norwex just speeds up the killing of the bacteria in the cloth as it dries. It does not kill the bacteria on the surface. If you are cleaning any meat juice or using in the toilet area, you would probably want to wash the cloths before using in other places!

Q: I cannot get my mop handle to lengthen? Suggestions or how to? I used it once in full length and if I can ever get it that way again I will never shorten it...Thanks

The outer handle is rather tight. Just wiggle around the "loosen/tighten" indication on the outer tube until it gives, then lengthen it at your preferred length. Maybe ask someone else to try it for you, it should work.

Q: How does this compare to the shark? How hard is it to get tough greasy spots from a kitchen floor?

A steam mop will get out sticky/ stuck-on dirt much better (note: I have a Haan steam mop, not a Shark). You've got the heat of the steam helping you. However, I found a steam mop to be labor-intensive for just a basic cleaning. You have to fill the water tank, wait for it to heat up, and then the drag across the floor made for a lot harder work. The e-cloth mop does not let you press hard to get out stuck-on stuff. What I do is pour a little vinegar on stuck-on dirt and sometimes this will allow it to come up with the e-cloth mop, otherwise I scrub those spots by hand.
