Great Product!
Got these for some switches in a garage since it's usually pretty dark in there and you can't really find the switches that easily. These are great. Easy to install, great functionality, and they have a nice look. It's a nice feature that you can select how bright you want them. Highly recommend.

Legrand ROCKS!😊 ... Leviton _ucks.
We started using Le Grand switches about 15 years ago. We just did a redo and an older house to take out standard duplex outlets and hallway lights. We ordered a bunch of Leviton and Legrand illuminated wall switches in both single pole and three-way and the first photograph is of a Leviton properly installed. The other photograph is of a Legrand. The Legrand is not only a better quality switch by any comparison, But the illumination level can be changed to dim medium or bright. And when the light switch is activated the illumination remains on. These do require NEUTRAL WIRE for the light function to work. Go look up Legrand on Amazon they are available here in a variety of flavors colors and options. And I do not work for the company I'm just sick and tired of people thinking that Leviton is any standard. And if you look at the wiring instructions for a Leviton product they are printed on the inside flap which is gray cardboard and are absolutely unreadable. They didn't even have any incentive to put a piece of paper in there that you could actually read. Legrand not only puts in instructions but they haven't 800 telephone number which we had to use in order to clarify a three-way setup that we were doing with regards to the traveler wires.. ..and guess what?...a real HUMAN BEING answers the phone.......press 1 for switches, and press 2 for tech support...and within 6 seconds (I wear a Rolex)......a HUMAN BEING picks up the phone and speaks ENGLISH!....... YES.... ENGLISH!........ask for Todd...Legrand wins.

Great switch with a nice built‑in night light, but instructions are confusing and they are pricey
Great-looking switches with a nice built‑in night light, but instructions are confusing and the price is high The Legrand radiant NTL873WCC6 Combination Adjustable LED Night Light and 3‑Way Rocker Switch is a sharp‑looking upgrade with a useful built‑in night light. It works well once installed, but the instructions make the process more confusing than it needs to be. Functionality The switch and night light both work exactly as advertised. The adjustable LED night light is a great touch for hallways and bedrooms, and the 3‑way capability functions properly once wired correctly. Ease of Installation I installed it as both a single‑pole and a 3‑way, and both worked well, but it took some trial and error. The instructions aren’t very clear, especially for the 3‑way setup, so expect a bit of extra time. Value for Money It’s a nice switch, but it’s a bit pricey, especially since there’s no multi‑pack option to save a little when buying more than one. Color Match The white finish matches standard decorator plates well and blends cleanly with other Legrand radiant devices. Connectivity Standard wiring connections, compatible with typical single‑pole and 3‑way setups. Once wired, everything works reliably. Control Capability The rocker switch feels solid, and the night light’s adjustable brightness gives you good control over how much light you want in the space. Overall, this is a 4/5: a clean, modern switch with a useful adjustable night light and solid performance, held back mainly by confusing instructions and a higher price with no multi‑pack option.

Convenient Light-Switch
Didn't work for me, but all other LeGrand items I have are excellent, high quality products. Could be a wiring issue in this old house that didn't allow this to work where I needed it.

Exactly what we needed
I have purchased lit switches before and they never quite fit the bill as far as what we were looking for. I came across these when looking for something else and ordered to see if it was closer to what we wanted. Needless to say we have ordered a total of 3, 1 for each of the two bathrooms and 1 for the laundry room. They are the cheapest, best version I have found, with the ability to adjust the light from dim to bright to completely off when not wanted. And on its brightest setting it is bright enough to see without turning on the light in the middle of the night.

Poor instructions, but great night light switch once installed
Switch works great... here's how to wire it for single pole: 1) Hot to COM (black pole) 2A) If you want switch in up position to be 'ON' and night light on the top, connect Neutral to 3W OR 2B) If you want switch in up position to be 'ON' and night light on the bottom, connect Neutral to SP 3) Ground to Ground (green pole)

LED flickering
The instructions are horrible. I was able to install correctly, I think and both switches operated the light, but the light was flickering when off. Maybe due to the night light feature, but this isn't what I wanted. Maybe not compatible with LED.

Just bright enough.. Must have for late aged male that doesn't want to miss in the dark
We stayed at a Hilton property that had this unit installed in their bathroom. Was just enough night light to find my way and hit the target. Immediately purchased one of these and had it shipped to our home. We have a toilet room in the Master Bath that doesn't have an electrical outlet (for good reasons) to plug in a night light. This was the answer! Let's me get up and go and return without the bright lights that blind me and keep me up. Electrical Connection for SINGLE POLE: -Hot Black wire connected to the black screw labeled COM -Common Wire WHITE connected to the terminal labeled WHITE. It is located on the opposite side of the Black Screw. -LOAD wire going to your light (could be white or black or red) connected to the terminal labeled either LOAD or SP

Our electrical outlet in out bathroom was wired in series with the switch for the overhead light. It was going to be expensive to change this. We wanted to be able to have a nightlight for safety reasons. This ended up being the perfect solution! The instructions were written for a 3-way, but my husband found a was to get it set up with only needing an additional piece of wire. It works wonderfully and I'm considering adding this to a couple other locations.

I didn't really like the side rocker switch of the other switch night lights... Legrand was the only one that made one with a up down rocker switch... this isn't the cheapest at $20 each... when you can get a 2 pack of another brand for a better price. As other said, the instructions are TRASH lol... If you want to use it as a single pole switch... connect your HOT wire to COM (black). Neutral to neutral (white). SP and 3WAY is your load connector. Depending on which one you connect, it affect the switch position. With the night light at the top, and SP connected, the "ON" position will be the switch down position. If you wanted it to be up position, you should connect it to the 3WAY labeled post. The switch is designed upside down with the letters written a right way up... weird?

I wanted to have a light switch with integrated night light for our nursery room. It does its job when connected. There are 4 settings on the LED light. It seems to have a day light sensor that turns on to the latest settings when it's dark. Good product, however there's no wiring diagram for a single pole switch, only 3 way. I had to figure it out myself! For connection, my light wiring is a single pole with a hot (black) and neutral wire (white). As instructed on Legrand's useless diagram, you need to connect the neutral to the WHITE and the hot to the COM. With this configuration, only the LED light will work. In order for the switch to work, you'll need to add a jumper wire from the WHITE to the 3W. This can be done via direct junction from WHITE to 3W using an insulated wire w/ both ends stripped and screwed in or use wires with wire connector to split the neutral wire in order to connect to the WHITE and 3W. Note that with these wirings, the LED light is on the top side whereas the switch is on the bottom side. It makes more sense since the Legrand logo is readable and not upside down.

Un gros wow, lorsque éteinte, la lumière del s’allume et vice versas. Par contre les instructions devrait être améliorée. En général très satisfait

Good product but very poor instructions. I was making a “simple” change from an existing 3-way switch to this nightlife switch and the instructions were very minimal and absolutely no help at all. A good switch once you get it installed but the customer shouldn’t have to spend so much time figuring out the wiring!
