Review: Supplements that Nourish! - I was introduced to Ancestral Supplements through my daughter Tiffany a bit over a month ago. I did my research on the company and their supplements and was so impressed I ordered 4 of their supplements which I mention below. I cannot believe how well we are doing great on Ancestral Supplements!!! First thing I noticed was my brain fog lift, more calmness, deep sleep, vivid dreams. I don’t wake up achy anymore. I used to wake up with my neck and shoulders stiff always! I was constantly making trips to my chiropractor because of the constant pain. Not anymore! My stamina is even better. For me, besides the severe digestive issues I’ve suffered all my life, my other big issue has always been my energy. I have worked with different practitioners throughout the years and it’s always the same. I start to feel better but the energy is NEVER what it should be. There would be good days and tired days. Never consistent energy. Even working with a practitioner I was working with recently and taking all the expensive supplements I was taking, I felt better to some extent, but the energy issue was still the same, brain fog, achiness and so forth. With your supplements I noticed a significant difference within the first few days! I knew there were issues with my Liver, Pancreas, Gallbladder because they had come up on my testing but though they had me on targeted support for them I didn’t feel like I feel now. Even at one capsule you will possible notice a slight headache, tiredness, nausea and so forth. Again, as Brian has mentioned before, this is a sign that your detox pathways are opening up and doing their thing. Some of your symptoms may get worse temporarily before they get better. Review: Vertigo and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) Relief - I am on a Ketogenic (+/-90% carnivore) diet and am constantly in dietary ketosis; intermittent fasting roughly 16-22hrs per day. The only other thing I ingest is Celtic and/or Himalayan salt for minerals and electrolytes. I stay sufficiently hydrated as well. I have been taking my health more seriously over the past 24 months, having dropped roughly 40lbs through diet alone. I have learned of all of the benefits of liver and organ meat. My wife will not tolerate these items being cooked in the house and I only eat it 1x per month when going out. I love it, but I needed a more regular dosage. Enter your product. I began taking 6 capsules/day for exactly 32 days. On the 4th day of taking the Ancestral Supplements (AS for short) Beef Liver Capsules, I started to experience extreme vertigo when sleeping, lying down and getting up. It was very disconcerting, but I went to AS’s website and read that it is common in those with autoimmune disease (Jarisch-Herxheimer Reaction) as I have celiac. Over the next 4 weeks the vertigo had slowly gotten better, but it was still an issue; Mostly when lying down and getting up in the morning. I was staying vigilant with my dosage and hoping to go away completely, but I was still a bit concerned. At this time, I considered adding another supplement to my daily regimen: the Beef Organs per the website’s recommendation, but not wanting the vertigo to exacerbate. I went ahead and did it anyway. Additionally, I added the Bone Marrow product to my every growing list of daily support for 2 reasons: I have receding gums and an always painful right shoulder (probably a torn rotator cuff.) I scaled-back to 3 capsules/day for about 1 week with no changes to my vertigo. At that point, I went to 1 capsule/day for 1 week. A few days after starting the 1/day my vertigo subsided. **Q: How much rice flour is in each capsule?**
A: Hardly any...
 
Our only product with a flow constituent is our Bone Marrow... one of the reasons that bone marrow is so incredibly nourishing is because it is so rich in fat soluble activators which makes it impossible to flow through encapsulation machines. To bring this health promoting product to market, we added the smallest, most minuscule amount of certified organic rice concentrate and silica. For perspective, a pinch of salt is about 300 mg... that said, the amount of organic rice concentrate in one capsule is a fraction (1/30th) of a single pinch of salt... this might equate to the equivalent of a couple of grains of salt.

**Q: Between this product and Bovine Tracheal Cartilage, which has closest amino acid profile to the collagen peptides products from other brands?**
A: To be certain, collagen peptides offer many benefits… however, collagen peptides do not contain bone marrow (nor) the incredible nourishment of the bone matrix, both of which are at the heart of our Bone Marrow product… this is because commercial collagen peptide supplements come from the hides, not the bones.
   
There’s a whole lot more to the story when it comes to our Bone Marrow product than just the all mighty collagen. A: Our Grassfed Bone Marrow is a whole food dietary supplement that comes from the femur bone all the way down to the knuckle's end. This is what we refer to as "whole bone extract" which provides the bone matrix (calcium hydroxyapatite, osteocalcium phosphate, collagen, proteoglycans, matrix proteins, cytokines and growth factors), the bone marrow (fat soluble activators and stem cells), the cartilage and yes, it provides collagen peptides too. These nourishing constituents are in the proper physiological amounts that exist in harmony with nature.

I am sorry that I can not be more specific at this time. We are in the process of developing assays for some of our products. Though this is not a requirement for label compliance purposes, we see value in providing as much information as possible to our customers. These products are as close to the real deal as you can get !Makes it so much easier to eat raw primal. I am taking the colostrum,brain and bone marrow and I am getting some incredible benefits.Clearer brain ,lots and lots of hair growing back and tons of energy.
