It is compatible with the Mi band 4 perfectly and thickness is good and strap quality is as mentioned and value for money. I recommend to go for it

Cheap rubber used. Not durable.
It may appear value for money at first, but it is not. This is NOT silicon material. A very cheap rubber has been used in making these Mi Band-4 straps. When you fit it, and remove it for the first or second time, a piece of rubber gets broken!~ Yes, the quality is this bad. Your band may fall off, be very careful. I think I'd rather spend this much money on a permanent strap that's designed like a watch's metal hook strap, because that won't require replacement for a long time. Looks are ok.

Better than what i expected.

Good Quality Product
I absolutely love the variety of color options available with this product. I've been pleasantly surprised by its durability - it has definitely surpassed my expectations. While it seems to be waterproof, I would still advise against prolonged water exposure. The rubbery bands are quite comfortable, and the best part is that it fits my Mi3 band (smartwatch) perfectly. Overall, I am thoroughly enjoying using this product.
