Service et produit très très bon
J'ai achetée cette imprimante en Août 2024 et je suis très satisfaite. Les impression sont superbe et ça fonctionne très bien. Mai 2025 j'ai eu de la difficulté avec l'imprimante et j'ai dû communiquer avec le service procolored. Avec un aide en ligne ils ont constatés que j'avais besoins de changer des pièces. Les pièces sont arrivées très vite. Et aujourd'hui j'ai changées les pièces avec leurs aide en ligne et tout fonctionne très bien maintenant. Ils ont un Super service. Je suis TRÈS Satisfaite.
