Nice product but little more brightness would be appreciated

I recently purchased the Amazon Basics Magic Slate 8.5-inch LCD writing tablet and it has quickly become a favourite in our family for playing. This is a low cost and no frills graphic tablet which is a good toy to play with. But there could have been some more features added to make it more user friendly. The positives: 1. Low Price: I got this for a steal from Amazon, which was offering a big discount. 2. Light Weight: It's slim and light weight. Just like a cardboard piece. 3. Good Quality: The stylus is easy to hold and it feels smooth on the pad surface. Good to have: 1. A glow in the dark / night mode feature would have been good, or maybe a light to illuminate the screen in low light, night time. I tried this pad when the lights were off, thinking that the shiny green color would shine in the night. But I could hardly see anything. 2. No last step undo button: There is an erase button which does erase the complete drawing. There could also have been added a button to just undo the last step you drew, instead of removing the entire thing. This could save a lot of trouble. 3. I'm also not clear if this pad can be recharged or have it's battery replaced. No negatives from my side, as I haven't found any till now. I might be asking for too much, since this is a basic no-frills electronic pad. But the makers should try and make a note to make this product more interesting.

This product is only useful for kids. They can draw and erase again and again as their wish.

Worst quality item. No longer able to wipe clean the tab. Hardly used for an hour in total.
