Nice fork that is razor sharp as advertised. It is more flexible than I expected. It is not totally rigid. Perhaps it is supposed to be that way. It's still a nice tool at that price point.

I usually have to tune the factory edge, this time there wasn't much to do, couple of strokes on the strop and off to the races. The picture is misleading, it looks more like a Granton edge santoku than a traditional carver. Good blade length and height for big roasts, a bit unyielding for a chicken but perfect for big cuts like clods of beef, lamb legs, and hams. Tapers to fairly delicate point, easy to work around bones. Handle is the usual solid build. A bit small but I have big mitts

Very thin yet works so well

This carving fork is perfect for my needs. It's not too long and is not too flexible. It also seems to be well balanced. I can't wait to stick it to the bird! 😊

Cheaply made Henckels.

While not the thickest of carving forks, it is very sturdy and not heavy. Well made with the care and quality one expects from J.A. Henckles.
