Perfect size for travel, big fan of the product!
This is my favorite non-aerosol dry shampoo, and it's the PERFECT size for traveling! Fits right in my little cosmetics travel bag, and it works soooo well! I do get a white cast, just like I do any other dry shampoo, but I always put it in the night before and then by the time I brush my hair the next morning, it's completely gone. It also smells amazing, like I'm at the spa. It take a few tries to get the hang of getting the perfect "puff" to spread, but after the first few time's its easy. I would definitely just refill this little bottle for travel with the larger size, and honestly I should just use this all the time, as this little bottle has lasted me so long, and dry shampoo is expensive! Anyway, I'm a big fan, try it out!

Great stuff!
This is the best dry shampoo I’ve tried! I have highlights with dark brown hair and it helps the roots blend with the light without looking white and powdery. Does a great job blending in to hair, and soaking up oil. Scent is not strong. I use the powder and sprinkle it onto my hand then apply to my hair.

Works like a charm!
My hair easily gets oily on a daily basis and after some research as well as treating myself to getting a perm, I needed to find something to help substitute my previous routine of washing every day. I use this every other day now when I don't wash my hair. It absorbs the oil really well and keeps my thin hair looking more alive during the days I don't wash. My hair does end up laying flat by the end of the day so not all day volume but it still does keep it non-oily. I love that it is all natural which I look for, and the scent is mild, not overwhelming. My only issue with it is that it is messy. The powder doesn't have a problem coming out of the bottle but comes out in small bursts. I apply directly to my scalp so I make sure that I am not wearing the top I want to wear for the day when applying this. If a different applicator could be made for less mess, I would easily give it 5 stars! It still works really well for this issue not to be a deal breaker for me. Definitely recommend if you can live with that.

Best Natural, Healthy-for-Your-Hair, Easy to Use, and Nice Smelling Dry Shampoo EVER
Love that it's: - Easy to use! - Smells lightly like lavender - Works really well! - Small enough to take with you I have really fine hair and know I shouldn't, but I wash my hair everyday, which has caused it to thin out some. So, I wanted a product that allowed me to not have to wash it everyday. Because I wash it daily, it gets very greasy until I can train it to do otherwise. So, I have used many dry shampoos, but this one is BY FAR the best yet! I don't plan on buying another brand, ever! Also, my daughter (16 now) is very picky about using natural products, even organic. She has very long thick, fine hair and only washes her hair about once every 3 or 4 days. She has hated other products I've purchased because they've smelled "nasty", smelled "fake", feel like she's "breathing chemicals", didn't want them "pointed anywhere near" her, and any other dramatic response you could expect from a teenage girl. She does not complain about this product, likes the smell, thinks it works well, asks to be able to use it, and even said she "likes it". That's hugely positive! Our hair color: Hers was dusty blonde, but she colored it darker recently because her highlights were growing out and didn't look good. (We also use Clairol Natural Instincts.) So, her hair is now a brownish red. My hair - I go lighter in the summer and darker in the winter. I have used this product on dusty blonde, reddish light brown, and dark brown. It does show more in dark brown hair, but as long as you use the method I suggested, it is NOT noticeable! Tips: - Some people complained about it looking like they have lice in their hair, and I've seen those pics. Problem is how they're distributing it. You can put it straight on your hair/scalp, but I put mine in my hand first and then rub it together in my palm. You can feel some tiny harder bits that haven't completely pulverized, but doing it this way allows you to get rid of those pieces. It also allows you to not put too much at once and spread it out rather than concentrated in one spot. It takes a total of about up to 2 minutes to apply it this way, but it is SUPER easy. (I hope I can upload a video later since I don't have one right now.) - You can apply it before bed if you want. I don't because I usually have to re-wet my hair to get it to NOT look like bed-hair! So, I have a sprayer and re-wet my hair all over, brush it out, and it's wet like I just towel dried it from the shower. Then, I fix my hair like normal and then apply once done. Then, I use hair spray, tease it how I want it, etc and finish. Some people apply it before bed because this product actually gets better with time. So, once you apply it, it keeps working better and better throughout the day. - Take it with you. I have found myself not being liberal enough with it or having really long days at work, so on the days I use it, I just throw it in my bag JUST in case I need it later. I think I've only had to use this about once in the last several months. It's easy enough to take, that it's just security. :-) Hope all of this was helpful! I'm buying more!

Almost good…
I had high hopes for this stuff, but just didn’t do it. For context, I have thin straight light colored hair. If it wasn’t for dry shampoo, I’d have to wash my hair every day. I tried a different brand before this one that I loved, comes in a small container you “tap” against your hair, but I wasn’t sure if the cost was worth it. When it ran out, I put some of this stuff in the tap container. It seemed to do okay for one day, but my hair still felt dirty. It didn’t matter how much I used. It was good at hiding the fact it was oily, but I could still feel it. My guess is the lavender oil diminishes its efficacy. The smell is subtle, but I’d definitely prefer unscented. I’ll still use what I already purchased, but I don’t plan to get it again.

I will never go back to aerosol dry shampoo after using this product!!!!!!
I bought this product after a recommendation from a friend to try it - she's very into clean beauty and I was a hardcore believer that nothing could ever replace my aerosol spray dry shampoo. At first I wasn't impressed with the powder so I actually tossed it back on my shelf and went back to using my (very expensive) toxic aerosol can of dry shampoo. I eventually finished that can and it was time to order a new one but I really didn't want to keeping pay the high price of $32 each time I needed a new one, so I thought I'd give the Hair Dance powder another try. Turns out, the first time I used it I had put too much on because I wasn't accustomed to using a powder. But one I got the hang of it, I had amazing results, and I am now just about finished with this bottle (which lasted FOREVER by the way) and I'm about to order a new one. I will never go back to the aerosol dry shampoos!!!! This powder works better than any of them! AND I feel so much better about these ingredients on my scalp as well as not having to breathe in all the toxic fumes from the aerosol spray. It takes away the grease and it feels nice n light on my hair, which gives it volume! And the 2oz bottle lasted soooo long. Such a good value!

I love this stuff, especially knowing it’s organic and no bad chemicals in it. It’s a small bottle but lasts ages and it doesn’t make my hair look grey, just have to work it in with your hands and leave it for a bit it looks like fresh hair. Sometimes I take my hairdryer and just blow off any excess. It works great I love it and a pleasant smell, not too over powering.

At first when I saw the bottle, I was like, oh wow that's smaller than I thought. But then I tried it and this stuff works like a hot damn! I only needed to apply a tiny bit shaken out at the roots, and roughed it up with my fingers. It immediately absorbed the oil and gave my hair some volume. It totally refreshed my hair in 1 minute and smells amazing. There are no articial scents, just essential oils, so it's not overpowering or irritating in any way, just pleasant. And it doesn't have any other harmful ingredients, totally safe for my hair and scalp. Definitely worth the money!

It cleans my hair well. But I do think this would be better as a spray. The powder can get quite messy if not handled properly.

Long story short: it definitely works. It works really well. But the bottle is SUPER small and for THIRTY dollars? I don’t know if I’m going to keep this product. I wanted to buy it to see how little I could use of it and have it work. The answer is: a lot. I have very oily hair, and I don’t see this lasting more than one month or two. So I don’t know if it’s worth the money.
