Facial Reflexology: A Self-Care Manual

This is a thorough and well-written guide to using facial reflex points, specifcally Dien'Cham' from Vietnam, to help the body heal. The author is a French doctor, naturopath and Ph.D. and has been using these techniques for many years. This is her second book on the subject. The book starts with a thorough and interesting explanation of facial reflexology: the different positions of the points of the face and how to give a session. The remainder of the book is focused on different health conditions and how to treat them using Dien'Cham'. This section is very well done and includes a diagram of the face with the corresponding reflex points as well as an easy to understand explanation of what to do. There is also a section on how to use Dien'Cham' on your dog's or cat's face and an explanation of Japanese scalp massage. This is an excellent guide for anyone wanting to learn how to help themselves or others with health or healing techniques very quickly; body workers, estheticians, care-givers, and parents would all benefit from knowing some of these points. As a reflexologist, I highly recommend this book as both a working manual and a great reference guide for any therapeutic work on the face.

I have practiced foot and hand reflexology since 1973 with great results on most people. Dien Chan (which is what this book is about) is a whole new step up. The reflex points are so sensitive to response, excellent results can come almost immediately. For those who like this form of non-intrusive therapy, it will not be a disappointment. The book is very clearly written and straightforward. For those who know knothing about this kind of therapy and need self-relief from pain or illness, it should be realized, although this book is presented in this day and age, the treatment knowledge it provides has taken thousands of years to build to the level it enjoys today.

Incredible book and system of healing. I am an Acupuncturist and, before I even read the book, I looked at one of the diagrams in it and began using it on my patients with instantaneous and miraculous results! I am sold. I just registered to become certified in this! This book will also give you all the tools you need to be a magical healer.

This is a great First Aid manual of Facial Reflexology. It is presented clearly and professionally. I look forward to attending courses soon.

I’m a holistic therapist and I have been looking for a facial reflexology book that I could put into practice right away with myself and my clients. Found it! Beautifully explained and very engaging…absolutely love this book!

I have to say this book is very informative and is one of the best regarding to this subject. The illustration is super good and easy to follow compare to other book like 'Healing with Pressure Point Therapy' in which the illustration is poor and hard to follow. I would recommend others to buy this one if you are interested in facial reflexology or Dien Cham.

As a reflexologist I found this very informative, educational and easy to find protocols. Easy to practice on yourself with great descriptions of how area should feel and what pressure to use and tools. Great to have in my tool box.

Excellent book on the subject matter. Comprehensive & encyclopedic presentation on Dien Cham Facial Reflexology. Excellent presentation & good illustration make this book interesting & user-friendly. A must have manual for those who are interested in facial reflexology.

I love this book! It is very detailed and very practical. Even if you are a beginner you can use to do some reflexology. The sequences described in the book work wonders!

Easy to use

Brilliant and very detailed. Easy to follow and is structured in a a very simple way. The explanations are thorough and I love that the author has listed many ailments that can be worked on through the facial points. Absolute brilliant value for money, the author knows her stuff and I trust her knowledge here. This book is relevant for budding practitioners, professionals and those who want to learn as an amateur interest. I highly recommend!!
