Very sturdy, very strong. Make sure you pay attention to the placement of the wheels.

As others have mentioned it’s very important to install this in sections on the wall first using a 4’ level a laser or the old school way of measuring off the floor from end to end and snapping a line to pre drill your holes. This kit doesn’t NOT come with a handle. I does come with two plastic glides for the floor for your door but I’d suggest using a different glide with the adjustable rubber wheels that’s available on Amazon. I have another kit in my kitchen from a different brand that came with that set up and it doesn’t scuff up the door. Unfortunately I couldn’t use that because my door is not a typical door and is too thick. At any rate, this system is strong enough to hold my massive 56” wide almost 77” tall glass and 2x10 door! Extremely heavy and have had no problems! It’s very quiet and was installed pretty quick! One word of caution for you and the company selling these. The box is heavy and is shipped by UPS. They aren’t using enough tape to seal the box correctly and one of the 4’ sections was missing when it was delivered. The second box showed up with the same issue but at least had all the parts in the box! So I’m deducting a star for that annoyance. Had this been a customers house and not my own I would have been angry.

This kit arrived well packaged, and had decent installation instructions. We used it on a reclaimed solid-wood door and it looks and functions excellently! The rollers are smooth and heavy duty, for sure. It also comes with adequate safety considerations like a bumper stop for the top rail and floor. It's also worth noting, I've never had any issue with the door falling off the track during operation.

When you have critters that come by in the night, build a gate I say. This gate is 8' wide by 4' tall. It's quite heavy yet with this tracks weight carrying ability, it was a simple task. The gate glides effortlessly! In fact, in a 20mph wind the gate opens fully to the back stop, lol. Currently it's secure by a bungee but will have an appropriate latch to match everything. I couldn't be more pleased with the form, function and look of this track assembly. Thank you for such a great item!
