Worked great for about a year. I mean extremely well. Then it just quit working and they won't fix it or replace it. Crap company. Awesome machine while it lasted.

I really wanted to like this machine; however, it falls short in so many areas. First the drink customization is very confusing. It may be nice to have many user profiles, but it makes it very confusing to set up and adjust. Previous machines that I have owned let me adjust the settings while a cup was being brewed, but not this machine. Next, cleaning the milk system is very inconvenient since I have to pour a seperate glass of water. Why can't this machine just use the water from it's water tank? Third, this machine does not produce hot enough coffee. Even trying to warm my cup before making coffee it still comes out lukewarm. Also, the water tank is so small that I am constantly filling it up. To top of all of this, the machine stopped working and I am not able to reach their customer support. I have emailed many times with no answer. I do not recommend this machine. There are plenty of other options at a similar price point to choose from.

I had a built-in miele espresso machine before I bought this one. IMO this unit is way better. I see bad reviews but they are complaining about things they don't understand, I bet most of the bad reviews are from first time automatic espresso machine owners. Yes you have to keep these clean, it's not like an ol' coffee pot. The same was true for my Miele unit it it was probably 5x the cost of this one. That said I was able to create a user preset that almost perfectly mirrors my Starbucks white chocolate mocha I used to get every morning. Pretty sure that has already paid for this thing! After I got this, it was way too cool for my countertop, so lol I built a coffee-bar just for this guy! With a pot filler, or rather espresso machine filler faucet, and its own mini cup cleaning station. 😊☕ The ONE flaw is that they give you a hose for the milk, that's it. This coffee maker exceeded all my expectations. I was a little nervous about getting it since many complained about the intermittent cleaning cycles. Honestly, it is not an issue. It cleans when you or the timer switches off which you can customize, when it switches on and soon after you've made a drink. I just slot in a mug and another one with clean water for the milk system after I've made my coffee. I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee and the fact that I can customize and save my preferences under my own profile. I am a very picky coffee drinker, so this is fabulous. Usually, you have preset sizes on other machines but this one lets you choose. The descaling process is so simple with the machine guiding you. I have done away with my Keurig Cafe, Nespresso, Mixpresso and Chefman which I used depending on what I wanted. I no longer need them. I recommend this machine to anyone who takes their coffee as seriously as I do.

I’ve had mine for about 8 months now and yes it will make a fabulous cup of coffee it’s truly a pain in the neck! We keep it clean and descale it when it tells us to but for the fourth time in eight months now it isn’t working. Rather than brewing it keeps cycling through the water and water is coming out the back. To much trouble when you need your morning cup of coffee and have to get ready for the day. Don’t waste your money.

So after using this for about two months, the grinder quit. I guess it was plugged up. Since it is still under warranty I contacted the company and they said to return it and they would fix it. They also asked that I send in a sample of the coffee beans I use, so they could calibrate it. They cover half the cost of the return but that still left me with a cost of just over $60 on my end. I got the machine back the end of April and now, less than two months later and it has quit grinding again. I can't afford to return the item every two months at $60 a pop, I would not recommend anyone to buy this. I do like the drinks it makes and the ease of touch but it isn't worth the value.

The coffee just doesn't get hot enough. All the features are good and I would have kept it if it wasn't for the coffee not being hot enough. I also adjusted the temperature settings and it did not make a difference.
