Great reference guide for learning Azure Basics
I would recommend this book to anyone starting their journey into Azure. It is also helpful to those looking to refresh their fundamental knowledge of Azure before heading into Az 104. Thanks.

No exam questions to prep with, not as good as prior Microsoft books
Adds very little benefit over Microsoft Learn website. No disrespect to the author, prior Microsoft Press books used to be a lot more useful for passing MCP exams. This has no exam style questions nor tests. Being print, it has lots of out of date content even 3rd edition is old.

used this together with CloudGuru, passed with 90%. The book has a few minor items that are now out of date as regards the exam, but honestly its all good stuff to know if you are interested in the field.

Good book for fundamental foundations, but you will need to top your knowledge with some additional lab work and reviewing additional material on the Microsoft Website.

PATHETIC Print Quality and Average Contents!!!
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals - Exam Ref AZ-900 Third Edition It looks like that this book has been printed on a dot matrix printer or on some very first laser printers, probably, from last quarter century. Text and graphics on vast majority of the diagrams are barely readable. Printed text elsewhere in the book is also very poor. ALL THE DIAGRAMS use grayscale. There are NO COLOUR diagrams. How could Microsoft give printing contract to a company that produces such a poor quality is beyond me. By the way, the printing company is Ashford Colour Press Ltd (UK). As to the actual contents of the book, it is mediocre. Not sure whether it is going to prepare anyone for the exam.

print quality is very bad, but i have no choice as i want to read it to pass exam. i prefer printed books rather than e material, so i have to live with it.

Easiest way to take your AZ - 900
Just started this, and it reads super easy and verry structured

Good contents.
The book has good contents and is comprehensive. The printing quality though, is a bit disappointing, similar to what I could have printed at home myself. Not sure it's worth the price.

Targeted preparation for AZ-900 - No need for extra book to prepare
I initially struggled to finish this book as every single line had useful information. But when I finished book twice it started to make more sense and I found this book targeted to prepare for AZ-900 exam. If you read this book, finish MS Learn and do some practice tests you don't need anything extra to pass test (I did mine today with 873)
