My husband loves it! Says he likes the tear drop shape because he can go up and down in height as needed.

Was not sure about this product. I got the tear drop and I love it. I think it's a bit pricey for the material. Comfort = 5 stars, price = 4 stars. It's just fabric and foam. It does serve its purpose. Shipped quickly good packaging.

I ordered this foot rest to replace a foot rest I've used at work for the past several years. This particular foot rest, by Comfilife, was highly recommended by Wirecutter, which is why I decided to get it. I've submitted a photo of my old foot rest (on the right) vs. the one from ComfiLife (on the left). You will notice that there is a substantial height difference, with Comfilife being much higher. Note that it opens, so it can be used at a lower level (but it's flat). It took a day to adjust to the new, higher rest. But I've compensated by sitting a little differently in my work chair. It is sturdiness, yet soft. The covering can be removed and washed. I love the way it feels! It's definitely an upgrade from my original one. One other comment is that I chose the teardrop shape. I'm not sure how I feel about it. If done again, I'd likely get the classic. If I was at home in a more relaxed position, I might like the teardrop. But since I'm using this at work for ergonomic reasons, I'm not sure the teardrop shape is the best one. That being said, I'm very happy with my purchase. If you have back or hip problems at work, definitely consider getting a foot rest!! Once again, Wirecutter hasn't let me down with this recommendation!

I like it. It's soft.

I have tall girl problems. Long legs. You can’t sit in too low of chairs for sooo many reasons. Normal desks can be too short and office chairs that need to be boosted up to keep your knees level with your hips don’t always fit easily under said desk. I work at an old school law firm where my u-shaped desk is very old school and built into the wall with shelving above it (so I can’t even use a standing desk option). And all the office desks are like this…so there’s no hope. I can’t sit like a normal person either. I love crossing my legs, sitting crossed legged in my chair, draping my legs out and over something. But under a short desk like mine? It really limited my options and it drives me insane. So I bought this to help give me some options for leg positions cause I just CANNOT do the feet flat on the floor position. I was worried it would be too tall so I chose this one for the option to shorten it, if need to. But it would great! It’s not too tall where my knees hit the desk and yet offers good support and position options.
