The colorful lights and music are a cool addition to this ceiling fan. I had an issue with the remote and customer service was diligent and continued to work with me to reset it. Customer service takes full accountability to correct issues which means alot when ordering things online.

We’ve had this fan for less than a year and the fan has stopped working. Also the light takes FOREVER to turn on when you flip the switch. The app can only control the lights so you have to have the remote to control the fan (except now the fan doesn’t work anyways so it doesn’t matter). Just expected it to work a lot longer than half a year.

I love my ceiling fan. Easy to install. Lots of wind speed choices. Can listen to music in Mt room thru the speaker. I installed it myself.

This is a very nice light. But only works best through the app not with remote. With remote or wall switch you need to turn on and off to cycle through different light settings.

About 3 months in and temhe fan and Remote don't work anymore. I can still use the speaker and color vianthe app, but that sucks. The entire reason I bought the thing was so we have a ceiling fan in the room and now it doesn't work. I should have just gone with a regular ceiling fan but I thought that one was cool because it was for the kids room and it would be exciting to be able to give them different colors and have a speaker in it and all of that but honestly, it just wasn't worth it. It also has about a 10-second delay when you turn the light switch on at the wall for the light to actually turn on.

The light worked well at first. My daughter loved the light effects and the speaker. The enclosed fan was great. We had it for 2 years been then we noticed that the LEDs were burning through the plastic. See the pictures. I am thankful we noticed before the unit caught on fire. Not worth the risk.

The light is nice and bright and does all kinds of colors and turns back on to the setting you used last. I don't like that I have to have a (laggy) APP (that doesn't always work) to change the light settings and also a remote to control the fan. The fan is sufficient, gets the air moving in the room. The speaker doesn't work good at all unless it's a low volume.
