Computer arrived one day earlier than expected (nice surprise!) and in good shape. That was a happy discovery considering that it was in a box with a loosely fitting bubble wrap "box" (air filled tubes creating a small box) and some packing peanuts. It was easily shifting around within the box. Powered up fine and connected to my wifi with no issues. Had to move the mouse/keyboard receiver as it was spotty coverage from less than 3 feet away., Now mounted 16" away on the bottom of one of the monitors connected via USB extension. Took a day or so to remote into my old PC and getting it working the way I like, and have spent the last few days fine tuning it and I am very happy with it. Still getting used to Windows 11, but that is to be expected.

This computer was recommended to me by a friend who is in the computer business and it did not disappoint. I was nursing a windows 10 computer that was old and tired and took way to long to boot up. I've been using it for 2 months now, it boots up super fast because of the I gig SSD drive and performs very well! It's a refirb but was package well and flawless cosmetically. Using it for 2 months and I'm very impressed. Windows 11 was a bit of a learning curve but I'm used to it now.. Sound card was not as rich and adjustable as the beats audio I had on the computer it replaced but this was not my use case and it's tolerable for all the money I saved.. Dell support site is great too and updated all my drivers, bios and firmware and the windows 11 updates worked as they should. A great value!!

This PC is not able to upgrade to windows 11 operating System and since Microsoft is discontinuing support for Windows 10 in October 2025 will make this PC obsolete.I have never heard of a PC that could not upgrade to current Windows OS. It is not easy to contact the seller to ask if there is a way to upgrade to Windows 11 so I will most likely be forced to return this PC.

This Dell Optiplex 7070 is very fast with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage. The 8 core processor runs at 3.0 Ghz. If you are experienced user this a terrific deal. You will encounter issues with the USB wireless adapter and the Bluetooth adapter because the drivers supplied with them may not be compatible with Windows 11. However, all is not lost. Trying to upload a new driver from the manufacturer may not be the best choice, but Windows will eventually find thru NDIS the proper way of handling them. If you are not used to computers maybe try just getting a brand new one. Otherwise this is an excellent choice.

I ordered two of these windows 11 PCs and one had a hard drive issue. Was able to ship it back for a refund and get a working replacement simple enough. They are more than enough for the audio editing we use them.

So far so good. Came packaged well and is a Great Value for the price I paid. I also purchased the additional warranty, it's nice to have that just in case. One of the USB ports does not seem to work but that is ok since it has so many other that it meets my needs. It is quiet and small - fits comfortably on my desk behind my monitor and I still have plenty space to for my two screen step.

Electrically, the computer worked Ok but the top cover was damaged (bubbled and pealing) and the front bezel had an incorrect model number on it (5060 instead of 7070). The case also had gummy adhesive apparently from labels had been removed. Fortunately, I have a good cover and bezel from a 7070 that went bad, so I am keeping this unit rather than rolling the dice and possibly receiving something in worse condition on my next purchase. On my previous attempt at buying a 7070. the unit had a malfunctioning drive activity LED. So I returned that and bought this instead. I really like the 7070 model and the price was good, but I would prefer to have less of a hassle in getting one that both worked well and looked good.

System came on time and was in perfect condition. Started up and configured with no issues. The complaint I have is that the wireless mouse and keyboard that come with the system does not come with any instructions, The fob(usb dongle) is in the mouse battery compartment (thank you google for that information) The keyboard and mouse are crap/cheap quality (but what do expect for free)..
