Using it as my pilot travel bag
Well made, sturdy and spacious. This is the second back pack on Amazon I have ordered. Returned the first one because it was just cheaply made. This one is very nice. Well organized pockets for iPad, headset, clothes, toiletries, sunglasses, backup power supplies and everything else I might need. I really like this bag. I have read some comments about the zipper quality being poor but I have no idea what they are referring to. The zippers work perfectly and seem very well made. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

Best backpack so far
Iโve purchased several SwissGear backpacks and some no name backpacks and this one by far is the best. Itโs really well put together and has just the right storage for my needs. As a bonus it presses against my upper lower back and feels SO good. The Apple tracker that comes with it I didnโt really plan on using but it works really well. I walked away from my backpack at the gym(I was aware I was doing it) and sure enough it alerted me on my phone. People complain about the text on the front regarding the tracker but I like it. If someoneโs going to steal your bag and they see that theyโre going to just forget it and steal someone elseโs, imo.

1 Thing Stands Out
So I think this back pack is functional, has lots of individual storage compartments, and has lots of great features. The internal/external power brick feature is nice. Also has lots of padding and seems to be comfortable. I will use it for the first time on an upcoming trip. The one thing that I do not like about this backpack is the โFind My Appโ feature. It works fine. But why would the manufacturer print on the backside of the bag that it has that feature? If a thief steals the bag and sees that they know that the bag is tagged and they can easily deactivate it. I donโt understand that.

Great backpack - minimal complaints
I bought this for a trip to Asia that I was taking. The backpack held up flawlessly even when being overpacked. Most backpacks that I have seen have the shoulder straps connect directly into the main backpack, which becomes a weak point. The straps on this backpack connect all the way across - in other words, the straps are what I would call reinforced vs. many others that I have seen. I bought the backpack for its size not for the find my iPhone option. Tried to set it up, but had difficulty and just never got it setup - this wasn't a huge deal for me. Overall a heavy-duty backpack that is comfortable and is now used daily. Would buy again.

Best Bag I've Own
I use this daily to house my laptop and other devices. Best work bag I've ever own.

Frustrating misses on several key features
Coming from a Thule similar size, purchases this bag in hopes it might be at least equivalent, but I was wrong. So many non-obvious misses, that I just cannot seem to love this bag. Some of the main CONS and misses include: 1) The zip open feature is a nightmare. If you pick this bag up by the carrying handle or if you pick it up by a shoulder strap and the zipper is 75% open, you run the risk of dumping ALL OF YOUR COMPUTER STUFF ON THE GROUND. It just swings opens and unzips dramatically...anything in that computer pocket is dumped and the laptop is held by one small strap of velcro. This is a terrible side effect of them putting the laptop on the outermost fold. Too much weight on the zipper and it will unzip. After 2 such incidental dumps, i just don't trust this computer bag and I certainly don't trust using that pocket. 2) Not enough small pockets in the right places. This is a computer case, right? Nowadays we got cables (USB-A, C, lightning, Mini, Micro), we got AirPods, we got chargers, we got phones, we got adapters and hubs. There are 3 useful pockets on this. The first is the "mouse" pocket...which I don't trust because it is in the dump zone (see #1) and it always gets in the way of the laptop in-and-out. The Second is in the dump zone and it doesn't have a velcro enclosure so no headphones in there either. The third set of small pockets is in the outermost segment and that segment can barely get packed (see #3) 3) The outermost pockets are very limited in what they can hold. If you want to put a snack in there and a phone and a watch...it's getting full and becomes hard to close. 4) The several main pockets don't have much to offer. So I ended up dumping my charger in there and a bunch of cables on top of it. Total mess. But I don't dare put the charger in the dump-zone or it will end up on the street/floor/ground. 5) No sternum strap? On a bag this big, even the best molded shoulder straps slide off when you put weight in this thing. 6) Side pockets fit skinny water bottles. One of them unzips to become bigger, so it can hold a slightly larger diameter water bottle. Unnecessary use of a zipper, really (when elastic would do fine) 7) No external attract points. Nothing to strap a sweater to. Nothing to hook a flashlight to with a clip. 8) USB charger feature adds bulk to left shoulder pad. Cable just snakes through the pockets and will eventually get snagged on things and break from it's few loops. PROS: Lots of space, sort of. AirTag (but you could buy your own, I suppose) Carrying handle is sturdy Shoulder straps are well padded. Sure, I'll give this bag a few more months...but if it dumps my stuff just one more time, I'm recycling it.

It met expectations!
Although it is a compact backpack, it has a considerable volume, with several compartments and allows you to store many personal things.
