Could this be used on a ceiling where there is black mould.

I haven’t used it on ceilings but I have used it in the corner of walls where mould has appeared and it removes most of it. It might mean applying it a few times before all it goes. I did this at different times of the day.

Can I use this on a bedroom wall,would it work?

I looked at the instructions on the actual bottle. It says it will damage the paint and many metals as well as enamel. I would not use it on any painted surface or anything that is not hard, like bathroom tile. Hope this helps. We use it in our shower and sometimes in the toilet and it works great there.
