I guess it’s a good enough laptop. I’ve been using Apple for so long that I’m completely lost with HP.

This computer should either have a backlit keyboard or a different keyboard, such as dark letters on light keys or dark keys with white letters. The dark silver on light silver doesn't work well. Thankfully, I can touch type, but since this laptop has a number pad on the left side, I have to be careful. I also had a problem shortly after getting everything set up. I could login, but then screen went black. I knew " was there, but when rebooting didn't work, I had to resort to "talking" to a virtual assistant since no phone number was available. It was a frustrating experience because either the assistant didn't ask the right questions, or I didn't give the right answers. I finally did get there, however, and when I got a contact phone number the CSR helped me fix the problem quickly. I had to hold down the power button for at least 15 seconds before turning it back on. I made a complaint about no available phone for new buyers. Other than those issues, the computer seems to work fine. My warning, though, is that if you think the keyboard may be a problem, it probably will be. Hold out for a backlit board.

I like the computer because it works fast and it loads fast .When I find something Is not laggy for me. It works perfect and the battery it last very long.

Don't buy this computer. There is no keyboard light; while online it freezes up about 5% of the time. I have to wait until it unfreezes. And it's not my wifi; other devices are working fine while this is frozen. The lack of keyboard light is the more disruptive of the two problems.

I love that I can just touch the screen and not use a mouse but I bought one and decided to return it but Amazon won't except it The computer laptop works well after uninstalling 365 that makes me pay for using word and Excel.
