Follow steps for fix a floor to work well
Happy to give 5 stars as product has worked perfectly and I have no loose tiles or crunchy sounds underneath after use. I had a phenomenon called tile tenting happen and it fixed it for us. But I will say and warn others that it doesn’t work like in the videos where you squeeze into one hole and it comes up another when filled - this didn’t happen so you need to work out your own system like I did. The solution is incredibly runny (although it needs to be to recess under damaged tiles) but as it takes a while to sink into the holes I drilled, its very easy to over fill them and make a mess until I got into a rhythm. I found it best to work on a section of holes at a time and slowly release the fix-a-floor into the first hole and as soon as it fills up release the pressure on your cork gun and quickly aim the nozzle into a nearby hole as it will drip solution after releasing the trigger on the gun. Squirt, fill, release, aim nozzle into next hole, squeeze, release and next hole and repeat. After a while I got pretty good at it and hardly had any excess mess. Another tip, whilst in periods of rest (waiting for glue to recess) is to lay the gun and aim the nozzle over a hole so if it drips it doesn’t get wasted. I did find some of the holes wouldn’t fill up and not take much solution whereas others were like endless pits so use these ones to catch the excess drips. I also carefully stood / put pressure on the tiles to help the solution squish under them and I could see the air bubbles form in the glue holes and then I could add more solution. Wipe any spills away with a wet sponge and make sure to leave for 24h. I also weighted the tiles with dumbbells. The process is slow and repetitive but works if you follow the steps I did. Have read others say it doesn’t work and is glorified PVA glue but it sets really solid and has to be runny to work correctly.

Excellent solution.
I bought this after employing a rogue trader to lay a parquet floor for me. His professional workmanship has left us with loads of hollow spots and planks that move. I tried this in one section and it seems to have done the job. Unfortunately the contents emptied all over my floor. The rear cap ended up coming out and I lost the majority of the contents. Ordered three more tubes to get the job done. I would definitely recommend this product.

Surprisingly Effective – Saved Me Replacing Tiles!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Surprisingly Effective – Saved Me Replacing Tiles! I had a couple of hollow/loose tiles driving me mad and was gearing up for a messy replacement job. Decided to give this a try first and honestly, I’m glad I did. The micro-injector tip makes it really easy to get adhesive exactly where you need it – especially on narrow grout lines. The product is quite runny, so take your time and keep a damp cloth handy, but once you get going it’s very straightforward. I injected slowly, gave it time to settle, then repeated, and it filled the void perfectly. After curing, the tiles feel rock solid again and the hollow sound has completely gone. Much cheaper and cleaner than ripping tiles up, and a great little kit to have for future repairs. If you’ve got a few “clacky” tiles or creaky flooring, this is definitely worth trying before calling a tiler. Highly recommend – saved me time, hassle, and money. 👌

Doesn’t do what it says
After 36 hours still has not cured, so will try a bit of heat. Disappointing, as it’s in a very prominent place in a newly tiled bathroom and not sure whether grout will cover it.

It isnt cheap, but cheaper than lifting the floor. Brilliant
My porcelain tiled floor in the kitchen had failed in multiple places where it was laid over an existing wooden floor and unbeknownst to us not with a full adhesive bed by the tiler. Almost every tile was now unsurprisingly creaking after 6 years, but as the floor was fully tiled prior to installation of an expensive hand painted bespoke kitchen, effective removal/replacement was problematic and cost prohibitive to say the least. Also as the tiles were now discontinued, removing them was not really an option for fear of breakage. We discovered this product on Google and i can say is its absolutely brilliant and has fixed all the loose tiles and most of the voids under them that caused the fail. What to know - its a remarkably easy method to apply, drill the grout in several places with the supplied drill bit around the corners (i did the middle as well to ensure the whole void was filled) and inject the substance, weigh down the tile and avoid for 8-12 hours. The area i was filling was very large, so if you have more than the one tile to fix it might be worth looking for the bulk 3lr tub, verses multiple cartridges. I then syringed the liquid in which was hand breaking but i found I had more control than using a gun, where i initially broke multiple tips. I would calculate that I used around 4 tubs and a few cartridge's to fix a 12m Sq floor with a huge void all round. All in all around about £600 and a couple of evenings work and my floor 3 months on is rock solid with few detectable voids now. Brilliant product and a real lifesaver. Also their customer service direct is first class.

Fixed the tiles, created another visual problem
It did the job I bought it for. I took on board the other reviews of it being very watery. Kitchen towels at the ready. It was easy to apply after taking out the grout. Loose tiles in my newly tiled kitchen floor. All loose tiles fixed firm after 24 hours brilliant. However, noticed after over a week a dark patch has started appearing under the glaze of the tiles. Like a grease mark on the ceramic tiles. It must be a chemical leaching through the porous tile and showing up beneath the glaze. See pics. So floor is not looking great now. Recommend for fixing the tiles but not for marble effect/light coloured tiles
