Good quality. Bright light.

So first off I was just looking for a new Torch since my old one finally failed. I was looking for a cheap Torch to replace my broken one quickly but straight away it feels like it's made well and has a bit of weight to it and does not feel cheap. Brightness well I have to say this Torch is really bright there are 5 settings ranging from. (Strongest Brightness, Medium Brightness, Low Brightness, Strobe Feature and finally I believe is an SOS Feature). The only thing I think they could do to improve brightness would be to add a slider maybe to adjust the brightness instead of rotating through each of the modes when you wish to change the mode. Battery Life - So the battery life has been great I have worked the past 7 nights 11 hour shifts and it has not died yet so far so good. Lightweight - I gave it a three stars for lightweight because it is a decent weight and I don't believe a Torch being lightweight is an amazing feature for everyone. My final change would be the Zoom lens it is very stiff and requires a bit of push and pull and is not a smooth as I would like but other then that this Torch has been great to use and would certainly by another when needed.

I remember some time ago I needed to go out in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the night was dark as I kept bumping into sharp objects, cats, birds and other miscellaneous paraphenalia. All in all it wasn't a very pleasurable trip at all and on inspecting my legs afterwards they were covered in scratch marks from the cats, peck marks from the birds and strange swirling glowing radial orb like marks from the paraphenalia. Noe this is a shame as I do enjoy my middle of the night walks as a way of giving me some headspace from all the shouting in my basement. Anyway, to cut a long story short I bought 5 of these torches. Initially I thought as they were so cheap they wouldn't be bright so I bought 5. I duck taped them together and turned them all on. Incredible. The brightness was enough to almost turn night into day and I think that realistically if you are trying to avoid path objects, one would be sufficient, with another for spare in your back pocket or wherever you keep your spares. That walk was uncredi my successful as I didn't bump into anything...however the extra brightness did reveal to me what I hadn't seen the first time I went out and now I am too terrified to leave the house so perhaps it wasn't the best idea. Anyway...it does the job.

* Physical The torch is tubular and made with metal, painter black. It is lightweight. Easy to hold and comfortable in the hand. The beam is surprisingly illuminating for its size. This is powered with four AAA batteries so it's longer lasting too. The light has a bright to blue colour temperature. When looking in cupboards under the stairs it is perfect. The technology is in the brightness of the lamp in this device. There are combinations of lighting patterns. Such as differing flashing patterns, for say, if your car has broken down while driving. You can find this to for your safety to let others know where you are. * Summary For the price. It's well worth the minor cash to pay for this. Bargain!

Its fairly small and can be extended and shortened. It has 5 settings; bright, medium, low, strobe and SOS in mores code. I use mine for camping and when the electricity goes out but if you're American it might be great for hunting at night as the light illuminates quite far ahead. The bright setting is really bright and the extendable feature when extended focuses the light into a square shape and when shortened it widens the light. Battery life is quite long as I have had the battery's in mine for about half a year now and they are still going. There is a wrist strap so you can keep it on you at all times. Would recommend for anyone who needs a average torch with extra features.

I work as a delivery man and have used this torch for 3 months now on a daily basis.I think it would really count as a military grade, as I have dropped it on all possible surfaces at least a hundred times and it still works with the same set of batteries (not the ones supplied, but Duracell). The only con I can name is the fitting of the handlestrip, which came off on first week. It is great for checking the house numbers and names in zoom mode without disturbing people with lights in their windows, specially if it is not the address you are looking for. Normal mode is great to light your path. Definitely worth the money!

Feels well made, bright, but the controls are annoying. It has 5 settings; High, Medium, Low, Flashing, and SOS (flashes SOS in morse). But, it only has one button, so the way you change mode, is by turning it on and off repeatedly. So, if the last time you used it was on High, the next time you use it, it'll be on Medium, and you have to turn it on and off 4 times to get to High. This could have easily been improved by just having a switch to select the setting, no idea why they'd go with this stupid method.
