Would this work on the esp8266 d1 board?

I haven't used it on an esp8266, so cannot give you a full answer, but it turned out that the SD card will not work with the supplied software unless it was used on an UNO. This is due to different hardware configurations.

Will it work with raspberry pi?

Yes. I bought this for my hubby who uses it all the time for his Raspberry Pi projects. 👍

Can this screen control LEDs via the touchscreen when combined with an arduino?

Alex. Yes you can. You can turn LEDs on or off depending on what's on screen.

Where are the arduino uno drivers? they are not available on website. only raspberry pi instructions are there.
