Take care when opening blister pack
When removing capsules from the blister pack take care as they pop out and can go on the floor so put your hand one side to stop it happening they are a little bit bigger than normal size capsules but not bad only taken two days so cannot say if they are good or not but other reviews recommend them they are easy to swallow with water l think they will be good
