Bought these for my wife after reading the ingredients and seeing how comprehensive the formula was. Takes away fatigue and keeps you rejuvenated at all time. However, I noticed my urine to be more yellow in colour when I take it. I will advice anyone taking it to drink more water.

I was first recommended these in a heath food store where air was told that if I was looking for a good all-round multivitamin, this was the best value for money. Having three separate tablets does seem a lot to take in theory - but actually it makes sense to me that the vitamins I need are separated out. The vitamin content is good - it literally provides everything I need in a day without me having to think about it. I see it as the oil capsule providing brain health, the calcium capsule helping my hair, bones and teeth and the general multivitamin helping my immune system and making up for any gaps when I'm eating badly or run down. They all have the smell of a standard vitamin tablet but it isn't as bad as some I've taken in the past and I find them very easy to swallow and without a strong taste. There is also no real aftertaste with them either. For their price point, they seem to work well - my skin, hair and nails are consistently healthy - whereas before taking multivitamins, they would also say something about my lifestyle at times!

A must have to all women, all you need to know is written on it, and it contains lots of vitamins and its tasteless
