The Source Magic Wand Note Pad

This was bought as a stocking filler present for my daughter for Christmas as she adores anything to do with Harry Potter . My daughter is an adult but she loved the notepad and wand and is writing in it and says she loves it . It is well made and very nice looking , I thought it looked more expensive than it was. Definetly a hit and as my daughter in law is a Harry Potter fan she will need one for her birthday, or so my 8 year old grandson told me . Definetly will buy again .

I liked the look of this online and ummed and arred a bit about the price. But I am glad I purchased it. It really looks the part. I love the 'Wand Pencil' though I shall never sharpen it, wouldn't want to spoil it. The Leather straps as fake book bind work well to hold the Wand Pencil and it doesn't interfere with opening and closing the note book. It is a good quality hard cover and the paper inside to write on (though I doubt I'll want to spoil it by writing in it with my scrawl) is lovely smooth dark parchment colour paper. I think when anyone writes in here their pen will flow with words that may surprise them. I don't think the paper will feel scratchy to write on is what I'm saying.

Got for my daughters Bday and she loves it, great for fans of magic and wizards.

This was bought as a present for a friend and she is made up with it. The book is good quality. I can't say if the pencil is as she has decided not to use it. It came on time and was well packaged, especially with all the rain the rain we having at the time, I was concerned if it was delivered only in cardboard that the book would be wet, but the supplier sends it in a tough plastic folder to keep it clean and water proof. I would certainly recommend this.

Bought this as a gift for my sisters birthday and it came really quickly and looks lovely on the outside. However the on the top left corner of the notebook near the binding the thin plastic coating has started to peel away. Also as I was flicking through the pages to check it out there was one page in the middle that was completely blank save for a few half printed symbols on the bottom of the page. And on the rest of the right hand pages the ink faded out towards the edges as if it hadn't been printed propely. It also feels like a poor quality of paper. I think the product is a little pricey for the quality i received and also wasn't impressed when I still had to pay postage and packaging on top of that when my overall order was over £10.

I almost bought another notebook but saw the reviews on this one and swopped my basket. I am so glad I did! In fact I have just ordered two more. Perfect gift for HP fans! Really good quality. Feels like a vintage book, feels like it should cost double. The pencil wand is a wonderful added bonus!

My 7 year old little boy is a big Harry Potter fan, so I got this as a little treat for him as he loves writing things down. Good quality book and quick delivery too :) I did think the wand was a pen but that my own mistake and not a problem either. I would buy again as a gift for a birthday party or something. My son loves his new book and wand, thank you :)

Looks even better 'in person'. Good size and I like the fact that it doesn't have "Harry Potter" printed on it anywhere. My niece is a big fan and likes to pretend she is a Hogwarts student, but obviously not Harry himself. I do wish the pages were unlined, which would make it look more like a spell book, but the magic symbols at the bottom of the pages are a nice touch. There are nicer Harry Potter journals out there, but this is great for the price, and because it wasn't crazy expensive, I feel better about giving it to a 9 yr old, who is mainly going to use it for play. If she is still a big fan in a few years, I'll spend the extra $ on one of the fancier, more keepsake type journals.

J'ai acheté ce carnet comme cadeau pour plusieurs filles de 12/13 ans et elles ont adoré! Il s'agit en gros d'un cahier avec en bas de chaque page une note sur comment faire un sortilège (fictif). La baguette fournie est enfaîte un crayon qu'on peut tailler et utiliser mais les filles ont préféré la garder comme baguette et utiliser un autre stylo/crayon pour écrire dans le cahier... Très belle qualité du cahier, super bien emballé (une pochette en plastique dur), beau cadeau pour un fan de Harry Potter!

Das Notebook ist sehr schön verarbeitet (riecht nur etwas streng), jede Seite mit zauberhaften Symbolen und Runen versehen. Auf dem Cover mein Lieblingssymbol der Drei Mächte. Der Zauberstab-Bleistift ist wunderschön gearbeitet, für mich zu schade, um ihn anzuspitzen. Endlich mal ein Zauberstab in einer Größe, die man sich praktikabel auch im Alltagsgebrauch vorstellen kann. (Die Harry Potter Zauberstäbe - habe 4 Stück - sind doch allesamt recht groß, um sie in die Tasche zu stecken).

Un cuaderno normal. Pero bonito.
