As I was getting new crockery I thought I'd replace my glasses too. I ordered these glasses as I liked the shape. Wasnt expecting much at such a cheap price, but they look lovely and feel stronger than others I've had. They even turned up next day (before xmas) which was a bonus. There was a slight error with my order, but one quick email (answered within an hour) and problem sorted. Great customer service and good quality items and great price.

J'ai bien reçu ma commande mais comme souvent, lorsqu'il s'agir de vaisselle, au moins un élement est endommagé. Ici, c'est le cas, comme d'habitude : 2 des 6 petits sont arrivés cassés... Le service client a été exemplaire. Non seulement il m'a dédommagé mais en plus, il m'a renvoyé un lot de 6 petit verres. Un exemple !! pour ne rien gâcher ils sont tres jolis, design à souhait
